Your data stays yours
Everything runs on your own servers. Nothing phones home, and you can take your data with you whenever you like.
Open by default
The source is public under the GNU AGPL, so you can read it, check it, change it and run it however suits you.
About
Why "fettle"?
To fettle something is to fix it up and put it in good order, and to be in fine fettle is to be in good shape. That's the aim for everything we make: tools that quietly do their job, so the people using them can get on with theirs.
Fettle Software is an independent developer. We started with Fettledesk because we were sick of paying for ticketing software, so we built our own and gave it away.
